Refund Policy

Should a student’s enrollment be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund policy:

  1. All monies will be refunded if the Institution does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels prior to the first day of class.
  2. All monies will be refunded if the student cancels within three days of signing the Enrollment Agreement, even if this occurs after class has started.
  3. For each course in which the student enrolls, there will be an add/drop period of one week from the first day of class. If the student drops the course within this add/drop period, we will reimburse the fee without penalty for that course. If the student drops the course after the add/drop period, we will not reimburse any fees for that course.
  4. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination of student’s enrollment or receipt of cancellation notice from student.
