Our physical facilities, located at 13601 W. Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Florida, serve as the central hub for the face-to-face aspects of our hybrid degree programs. Nestled away from the noise and congestion of the city center, yet conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Tampa International Airport, these modern facilities feature two fully-equipped classrooms, each accommodating up to 20 students, a faculty room/office, two spacious breakout or study rooms, a student lounge with docking stations and a kitchenette offering both cold and hot beverages, an indoor common area for socializing and informal discussions, designated restrooms, ample parking, a welcoming lobby and reception area with a multifunction printer for student and faculty use, and seamless Wi-Fi connectivity throughout. There is a main entrance facing the parking lot and three emergency exits. To provide the best experience possible for students and faculty, we typically limit on-site presence to one class at a time, using the second classroom and breakout rooms to accommodate different classroom arrangements and learning activities as needed. This intentional strategy allows our dedicated staff to prioritize the academic needs of our students and teaching faculty and provide outstanding service in line with our commitment to excellence.
