The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) governs the education records of Vedere University students. As a Vedere University student, we will not release any of your personal information, other than to personnel of Vedere University and strictly for legitimate educational purposes. However, your student directory information may be released without your written consent, including your:
- Name, local and permanent address, and telephone numbers.
- Date and place of birth.
- Student classification and major and minor fields of study.
- Participation in officially recognized activities.
- Dates of attendance, degrees and awards received.
- Most recent previous educational agency or Institution attended.
- Photographic image.
