Methods of Payment

Methods of payment are outlined in the Enrollment Agreement and include an option for full payment at the time of signing the Enrollment Agreement and an option for a payment plan comprising three equal payments. All prices for our programs are reflected in the Enrollment Agreement. There are no carrying charges, interest charges, or service charges connected or charged with any of these programs. Contracts are not sold to a third party at any time.

By signing the Enrollment Agreement, you are personally responsible to us for payment of the tuition fee, irrespective of whether you have taken out a loan or if any third party (such as an employer, relative, or government funding scheme) has agreed to sponsor you or pay your fees on your behalf. You will remain liable to us directly even if that third party fails to pay any fees due to you.

The fees must be paid in US dollars, and specific instructions for making payment will be provided to you in advance of each payment due date. If you fail to pay the fees within one week after the due date for payment, we may formally interrupt your studies until the fees are paid. This interruption may include:

  • restricting access to and/or participation in any enrolled courses, restricting progression to the next stage of the program, or
  • withholding conferment of your degree, confirmation of an academic award, or issuance of a final transcript.
