Copies of the regulations and policies are readily available to all students. It is the responsibility of the students to familiarize themselves with the regulations and policies and ensure they comply with what is required and expected at all times. Students should seek guidance from their Program Team at the beginning of the program, or immediately when any changes are made if they have any questions or require any clarification.

Amendments to Regulations and Policies

The Institution’s Academic Board is responsible for the management of the academic standards, assessment, and quality of programs leading to the award of degrees. The Institution is entitled, at its absolute discretion and at any time, to make amendments to the regulations and/or internal processes as it considers appropriate. When changes are made, they automatically supersede all previous regulations, policies, and processes.

The Institution will notify students of any substantive changes to regulations and policies. However, students remain responsible for familiarizing themselves with the details of any changes and ensuring they understand and comply with them at all times.
