Submitting an Academic Appeal

Overview

Vedere Institute expects that students will bring academic appeals in good faith, and they will not suffer any disadvantage or recrimination for doing so. However, submitting appeals that are frivolous, vexatious, or malicious or contain information that is deliberately falsified or inaccurate is likely to be a breach of the regulations and may result in disciplinary action.

Unless there is a good reason for not doing so, students should present their own academic appeal and are responsible for ensuring that all statements and supporting information, including evidence, are completely truthful and not misleading. The appeal must be filed within 30 days of the grades being released.
