Submitting an Academic Appeal

Overview

Vedere University anticipates that students will pursue academic appeals with integrity and assures that they will not face any repercussions for doing so. Nevertheless, the submission of appeals that are frivolous, vexatious, or malicious, or include deliberately falsified or inaccurate information is considered a violation of the regulations and may lead to disciplinary measures.

Unless there are valid reasons for delegation, students are expected to personally present their academic appeals and bear the responsibility of ensuring that all statements and supporting information, including evidence, are entirely truthful and free from misrepresentation. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the release of grades.
